升降平移机

一、 产品概况：
  本产品遷工业自动化生产线上的一种专用升降机。适用于各类垂直升降输送。一般最大行程不超过500mm。本机构最大
  的优点長使用方便，安全可靠，占用空间少，属经济型升降机。
二、 主要结构：
  本机采用餃叉式升降原理。由狡臂，气缸，斜导块，提升滚轮，平移机等组成。
三、 动作原理：
  当工件进入本机后，打开控制阀，代缸在气压的作用下缸杆往内缩。升降较臂作上升运动，然后被提升的工件(工装板)
  输送出去，升降机构即下降复位.
四、 技术鑫数：
 •升降行程S不大于500mm；     •升降机构H不小于300mm；
 •移行长度L大于800mm；      •移行机宽度B由用户定；
 •移行线速度V±5m/min (或用户定)

1. Product profile:
  This product is a kind of special lift on the industrial automation production line. It is
  suitable for all kinds of vertical lift and conveyance. The general maximum stroke is
  not more than 500 mm. the biggest advantage of this organization is that it is easy
  to use. safe and reliable, takes up less space, and belongs to economical lift.
2. Main structure:
  This machine adopts hinged lifting principle. It consists of hinge arm. cylinder,
  inclined guide block, hoisting roller, translation machine and so on.
3. Principle of action:
  When the workpiece enters the machine, open the control valve, and the cylinder
  shaft shrinks inward under the action of air pressure. The lifting arm moves upward,
  and then is transported out by the lifting workpiece (tooling board), and the lifting
  mechanism drops and resets.
